ASK JACK Resource Library & Member Support Routes | Jack Righteous
Gary WhittakerASK JACK, the resource library and customer support now have separate jobs.
The former “VIP Prompt Support” language combined several different things: public project questions, member training resources, written guidance and order support. The relaunch separates those routes so creators know what to use and what their purchase actually includes.
Updated July 26, 2026: the existing library URL remains active, but the current name is ASK JACK Member Resource Library.
Using JR training inside a ChatGPT Project
Have a downloaded worksheet or a guide you want to work with over several sessions? The new ASK JACK ChatGPT Project tutorial shows how to organize your approved decisions, dated JR sources and creator files without beginning again each time. This complements—not replaces—your member library and its support routes.
Start with the route that matches the actual need.
ASK JACK

Creator Library — One-Time
- Current one-time training and resource-library route
- Included resources are those listed on the live product page
- No automatic future-version updates unless the live offer expressly says otherwise
- The current new-purchase offer includes one complimentary written project consultation, not recurring monthly consultations; historical orders retain their original included benefits
Creator Pro
- Deeper repeated project-development route
- Current pro-level training and resources as listed on the live offer
- One focused consultation per month while eligible Creator Pro subscription access remains active; other support terms follow the live offer
- Use this when the work needs deeper ongoing development
Complete Access
- Broadest current connected access route
- Eligible tools and training listed in the current offer
- Eligible updates while access remains active
- Written guidance or consultation routes where the current offer lists them
Existing / Legacy Purchases
- Existing customers keep the entitlement attached to what they originally purchased
- Historical offer names do not represent the current first-purchase ladder
- Existing customers should use Member Home and their account
- Do not repurchase because a renamed access level is unclear

The useful library stayed. The inaccurate promise was removed.
The original support initiative produced valuable prompt, workflow, publishing, rights, branding and creator-development guides. Those resources remain available at the same library URL so established links and member bookmarks continue to work.
What changed is the promise around them. The library is no longer described as a service where every subscriber receives personal prompt responses. Written guidance depends on the current eligible offer, while general creator questions belong in ASK JACK and order problems belong in customer support.
