BUILD turns a promising sound direction into something you can construct more reliably.
TP2 BUILD is the first Pro continuation after TP1 FIND. It does not replace the free Find Your Sound foundation or FIND; it develops a sound direction that is already clear enough to protect.
Where BUILD fits
Find Your Sound uses six connected development gates: FIND → BUILD → CONTROL → PACKAGE → SCALE → MONETIZE. TP1 FIND establishes Sound Identity v1. TP2 BUILD begins only after the creator can explain what should remain recognizable and now needs a repeatable construction system.
BUILD owns these problems
- You can describe the sound but cannot recreate its important traits consistently.
- Drafting and arrangement still feel accidental.
- You change too many variables at once to learn from the result.
- Your strongest version gets lost because comparison and version discipline are weak.
- You need a repeatable construction process before deeper repair work makes sense.
BUILD is passed when: you can take Sound Identity v1 from FIND, reconstruct its important relationships across controlled variation, compare candidates intentionally, and save the evidence as Sound Recipe v1 + Repeatability Record + BUILD Completion Record.
What comes next
If repeatable construction is proven and the remaining blocker is a specific edit, repair or bounded production intervention, move to TP3 CONTROL. If Sound Identity v1 is still vague, return to TP1 FIND instead of forcing BUILD.
