Suno AI Complete Workflow: Seven Stages from Direction to Delivery
Suno can produce audio quickly. This path teaches the work that turns generation into a directed, evaluated and documented creative project.
Follow the stages in order for your first complete project. Return to a previous stage whenever the evidence shows that the song is not ready to advance.
September 10 · Suno v6 Current Generation
Suno v6 is current; JR is now testing the workflow, models and release implications
Suno launched v6, v6-wild and v6-mini on September 9. Suno’s current v6 FAQ says all models prior to v6 have been retired. Suno lists v6 and v6-wild for Pro/Premier and v6-mini across plans. This seven-stage curriculum remains model-agnostic at its core while JR tests where the v6 family changes prompt decisions, keeper selection, revision, editing, efficiency and release readiness.
Already creating with v6? Use the main Creator Guide for confirmed features and Gary’s hands-on testing. Use the Reviews, Problems & What's Next report for outside feedback and emerging signals. If a v6 song is becoming a serious release, use the dedicated Suno v6 Distribution Guide to move from generation into professional documentation and distributor preparation. The C$5 AI Music Proof Record is the fillable working document: 27 pages with a clickable table of contents, BandLab/DistroKid/TuneCore worksheets, release metadata, evidence tracking and an optional deeper copyright-prep lane.
