Not every project uses the same tools or the same order. The point is to keep the work moving without restarting from zero every time the blocker changes.

I spent much of my working career helping build new business units and improve operations—taking work that could begin as a cost centre and helping turn it into structured, revenue-generating systems.
As I move into retirement and build Jack Righteous as my passion project, I am taking that same operating mindset and applying it to creators: give the idea structure, give each stage a job, learn from the evidence, and build something that can keep growing.
The foundation is open to everyone. I want people to be able to use the system, learn from it and return to it without every useful next step being locked behind a payment.
For creators who need more, the paid layer is about greater depth, broader connected systems, updated training and direct support—not artificially hiding the foundation.
More AI output is not the same as more progress. It is now easy to generate more songs, more writing, more visuals and more versions than most creators can realistically use. The system I am building is increasingly about judgment: what deserves to continue, what failed, what should stay recognizable, what needs evidence, and what the smallest useful next move is.
