JR Content Strategy Planner | Creator Labs Campaign Tool

Specialist Creator Academy Tool

Plan content around the work—not around an old product ladder.

JR Content Strategy Planner helps turn one active project into a coherent release story, platform plan and campaign sequence. It is a specialist planning tool inside the wider Creator Academy—not a second curriculum or a separate starting point.

Where this tool fits

Module 8

Publish the Story

Turn the meaning behind the work into posts, captions, emails and supporting content.

Module 11

Discovery & Conversion

Match content to audience intent, destination and next action.

Module 16

Run the Campaign

Build the actual campaign sequence, cadence, asset list and follow-through.

Five-pass planning workflow

  1. Define the project. Name the song, release, offer, article, event or campaign you are actually moving.
  2. Build the rollout arc. Decide what the audience needs before, during and after the main release moment.
  3. Adapt by platform. Give each channel a job rather than reposting the same asset everywhere.
  4. Refine tone and CTA. Keep the language consistent with the creator identity and make one next action obvious.
  5. Save the calendar. Turn ideas into a dated sequence with owners, assets and completion checks.

Useful planning patterns

3-post sequence

Context → release → response. Best for a small announcement or single asset.

5-post sequence

Problem → story → preview → release → proof/follow-up.

7-day sequence

Use when the project needs repeated exposure, multiple formats and a clear campaign destination.

Starter prompts

I am releasing [project]. The audience is [audience]. Build a 7-day content sequence with a clear pre-release arc, release-day assets, follow-up posts, one email idea and one primary CTA. Keep every asset connected to the same story.
Turn this project into a platform map. For each channel, define the job of the channel, the best asset format, the message angle, the CTA and what success would look like.
Review this campaign plan for repetition, weak transitions, generic language and competing calls to action. Return a tighter sequence that feels intentional.

Use it with the rest of the creator workflow

Use JR Righteous Lyrics Lab when the creative wording is the blocker, Brand Identity Onboarding when identity is unclear, and Scale With Shopify when the campaign needs an owned destination. If you need more depth than the free Academy, compare optional training separately instead of changing the learning path.
