The five Sprint Rock categories
1. Facts
Which statements or instructions must be accurate? What source supports each important claim?
2. Rights
What outside material, references, prompts, screenshots, samples or source content were used?
3. Capability
What can you complete responsibly? What requires another skill or qualified help?
4. Resources
What time, tools, files, access, support or budget are required? Use CAD when recording expected costs.
5. Risk
What could harm a person, mislead an audience, breach a rule or damage trust?
Use four clear labels

| Assumption | You currently believe it but lack evidence. | Turn it into a test question. |
| Stop issue | The Sprint should not continue safely or responsibly. | Pause, remove the issue or seek qualified help. |
Worked example
Beginner workflow steps: Needs checking — compare the proposed sequence with the creator’s current process.
Original guide wording: Confirmed — created for this project.
Outside screenshots: Rights unclear — exclude from the test.
Available session: Confirmed — 45 minutes.
Legal conclusions about ownership: Stop issue — remove them and frame the guide as organization, not legal advice.

Stop before building when necessary
Do not move into Day 3 merely because it is scheduled. Stop or pause when the project depends on unverified professional claims, uncertain permissions, unsafe instructions, inaccessible required tools, or a test that cannot be kept within the approved boundary.
A responsible stop is a valid Sprint result.
Day 2 completion check
- Your important facts are labelled.
- Rights questions are recorded.
- Available capability and resources are realistic.
- A stop condition is visible.
- You made one readiness decision.
