Does one-time Library ownership include future updates?
No. You retain the download edition you bought. A later downloadable edition is a separate purchase unless your original purchase terms explicitly say otherwise. An eligible subscription offers ongoing access to newer included editions while active.
Is a Creator Spotlight automatically published with Complete Access?
No. Complete Access includes editorial consideration leading to a Spotlight feature once the project satisfies the published quality and authorization requirements.
