ASK JACK Resource Library & Member Support Routes | Jack Righteous
Gary WhittakerASK JACK, the resource library and customer support now have separate jobs.
The former “VIP Prompt Support” language combined several different things: public project questions, member training resources, written guidance and order support. The relaunch separates those routes so creators know what to use and what their purchase actually includes.
Updated July 26, 2026: the existing library URL remains active, but the current name is ASK JACK Member Resource Library.
Start with the route that matches the actual need.
ASK JACK
Use the public ASK JACK route when you have a creator, project or business question and need help identifying the strongest next step.

The useful library stayed. The inaccurate promise was removed.
The original support initiative produced valuable prompt, workflow, publishing, rights, branding and creator-development guides. Those resources remain available at the same library URL so established links and member bookmarks continue to work.
What changed is the promise around them. The library is no longer described as a service where every subscriber receives personal prompt responses. Written guidance depends on the current eligible offer, while general creator questions belong in ASK JACK and order problems belong in customer support.
