Label Ready Assessment | Human Authorship + 12 Evidence Dimensions

JR Creator System · Assessment + Human-Control Layer

Label Ready Assessment

Start where you are. Move toward work you can stand behind. Label Ready measures both the evidence around a project and the creator's movement from AI-dependent output toward stronger documented human authorship and control.

It does not replace the 16-module Creator Road, and it is not the older 90-day Label-Ready execution program. It helps answer two different questions: What is ready? and how much of the work can you actually show came from you?

Two axes, not one score. Human-authorship state and readiness state are different measurements. A project can be HUMAN LED + AI while third-party rights remain unresolved. It can be SOUND READY while the release package is incomplete. It can have strong authorship evidence without market evidence. Do not collapse the system into one badge.

The Human Authorship Progression

This is the development path that governs Phase 2. The goal is not to shame AI-generated work or force every creator to abandon AI. The goal is to show the next useful way to add more human decision-making, performance, editing, authorship, documentation and control when that matters to the creator's objective.

01AI GENERATED

AI produces most of the expressive output. The creator may direct the process, select results or write prompts, but the human-authorship record may still be limited or uncertain.

02AI ASSISTED

Meaningful human contribution begins to become clearer through writing, rewriting, source material, selection, editing, arrangement or other substantive input.

03HUMAN LED + AI

The creator is making substantive creative decisions and using AI as a tool inside a human-led process rather than treating the first generated output as the finished work.

04HUMAN AUTHORSHIP DOCUMENTED

The creator retains evidence of the human contribution: source files, drafts, performances, edits, arrangement decisions, version history and the reasons the work changed.

05STRONG HUMAN-AUTHORSHIP CLAIM

The available record supports a stronger fact-based claim that substantial expressive choices came from the human creator. This remains an operational evidence state, not a legal certification.

06REGISTERED / RECORDED WHERE APPLICABLE

Where appropriate, the creator uses the relevant registration, recordkeeping or professional review process for the work, jurisdiction and intended use.

This is not a guaranteed copyright ladder. Copyright eligibility and protection are jurisdiction- and fact-dependent. More human involvement can strengthen the authorship evidence, but no JR state automatically proves copyright ownership, registrability or legal protection.

What actually moves a project forward

Advancement does not come from simply spending more time or clicking more tools. It comes from substantive human contribution that can be shown. Depending on the project, that can include reference decisions → rewriting → arrangement changes → performance → editing → recording → production → documentation. Not every project needs every step.

Phase 2 governing equation: TOOL → HUMAN CONTRIBUTION → EVIDENCE → LABEL STATE → NEXT HUMAN-CONTROL STEP. A platform is useful when it helps the creator do a defined job and retain evidence of what changed—not because the platform itself makes the project “Label Ready.”

12 Evidence Dimensions

Readiness assessment

Asks what is actually ready, what evidence supports that claim and what remains unresolved.

Platform Training Hubs

Specialist skill layer

Tool hubs teach a defined job, the human contribution to add, the evidence to retain and the next human-control step. A tool never awards blanket readiness.

The 12 evidence dimensions

01 · Creation / Provenance

Can you explain where the work came from?

SOURCE UNCLEAR → SOURCE DOCUMENTED → REVIEWED SCOPE

Evidence: source files, prompts, dates, version lineage, imported/reference material, model/tool records when material.

Does not prove: copyright ownership or third-party rights.

02 · Human Authorship Evidence

Can you show the human contribution and its progression?

AI GENERATED → AI ASSISTED → HUMAN LED + AI → HUMAN AUTHORSHIP DOCUMENTED → STRONG HUMAN-AUTHORSHIP CLAIM

Evidence: human-written material, source performances, briefs, rewrites, edits, rejected options, arrangement/selection decisions, recordings, production decisions, version history and reasons versions advanced.

Does not prove: a legal copyright conclusion, registration eligibility or ownership.

03 · Third-Party Rights

Are outside inputs accounted for?

RIGHTS UNCLEAR → RIGHTS REVIEWED → RIGHTS CLEAR — REVIEWED SCOPE

Evidence: licenses, permissions, ownership records, public-domain verification, collaborator agreements and source terms.

Does not prove: rights outside the reviewed scope or legal certification.

04 · Voice / Likeness / Identity

Is identity-bearing material authorized?

UNVERIFIED → AUTHORIZED VOICE / LIKENESS or SYNTHETIC CHARACTER

Evidence: consent, authorization, cloning eligibility, source-voice records, character-development records and identity boundaries.

Does not prove: permission merely because a platform can generate or clone it.

05 · Sound Readiness

Is the sound controlled and repeatable enough for the current job?

SOUND — FORMING → DEVELOPING → PROVEN → SOUND READY

Evidence: controlled comparisons, finished candidates, QC notes, repeatability across relevant songs/sections and documented production decisions.

Does not prove: release, rights, audience or commercial readiness.

06 · Voice Readiness

Is the creator’s point of view recognizable and usable?

VOICE — FORMING → DEVELOPING → PROVEN → VOICE READY

Evidence: consistent message, writing/performance examples, audience-facing story, repeated point of view and approved public expressions.

Does not prove: brand or market readiness.

07 · Brand Readiness

Can the identity survive across real public touchpoints?

BRAND — FORMING → DEVELOPING → PROVEN → BRAND READY

Evidence: owned home, visual system, naming, presentation rules, working pages/assets and consistent public use.

Does not prove: demand, campaign performance or partner readiness.

08 · Project / Release Readiness

Is this specific project ready for its intended destination?

PROJECT IDEA → DEVELOPMENT READY → REVIEW READY → RELEASE READY

Evidence: final assets, QC, metadata, source/rights records, correct exports and destination-specific checks.

Does not prove: distributor acceptance, audience response or commercial success.

09 · Creator Control / Independence

How much of the project can the creator preserve and move?

PLATFORM DEPENDENT → PARTIALLY OWNED → CREATOR CONTROLLED

Evidence: local source files, editable masters, domains/accounts controlled by the creator, backups, portable assets and documented dependencies.

Does not prove: rights to every element simply because a file is locally stored.

10 · Audience / Market Readiness

Is there real evidence that the work connects with an audience?

UNTESTED → EARLY SIGNALS → MARKET EVIDENCE

Evidence: qualified engagement, repeat listeners/readers, opt-ins, conversions, audience feedback and comparable public tests.

Does not prove: sustainable demand from vanity metrics, one viral post or raw follower count.

11 · Commercial / Partner Readiness

Can another business or partner review a credible package?

NOT PREPARED → REVIEWABLE → PARTNER READY

Evidence: clear offer/use case, rights/evidence package, professional assets, delivery capability, terms/pricing context and relevant performance proof.

Does not prove: a deal, revenue, licensing approval or commercial success.

12 · Evidence Confidence

How strong is the support behind any readiness claim?

SELF-DECLARED → DOCUMENTED → JR REVIEWED → PROVEN IN USE

Evidence: records another person can inspect, real use, repeatable results and review appropriate to the claim.

Does not prove: that every other dimension is ready.

Tool hubs: specialist work that can increase human control

Use the tool only for the job it owns. Phase 2 evaluates each hub through five questions: What can this tool do? What human contribution can you add? What evidence should you keep? What label state can that support? What is the next useful human-control step?

Suno / Udio

Can begin at AI GENERATED, then move through rewriting, arrangement, performance, editing, recording, production and documentation rather than stopping at first output.

BandLab / Audacity

Become increasingly important as creators want direct editing, recording, production, version control and evidence of human decisions in the actual work.

ElevenLabs

Adds a separate identity question: authorized voice/likeness, source provenance and clear boundaries around cloned, synthetic or transformed voices.

Leonardo / Atlabs

Can move visual work from generated output toward deliberate human-led story, selection, continuity, editing, brand rules and documented production decisions.

Musicfy

Can occupy multiple states depending on whether the creator is generating, transforming, performing, editing or documenting. The workflow—not the app name—determines the evidence.

Proof in the JR Universe

Evidence is stronger when the chain is visible. Current JR examples include Suno project revision, Melody Genie reference/identity correction, Musicfy same-project cross-platform testing, Atlabs historical video production and WAR COMES Leonardo visual production. Phase 2 connects these into platform-neutral workflows that show source → tool job → human contribution → produced asset → retained evidence → label-state movement → dimension-specific readiness → next human-control step.

Important: the older 90-day Label-Ready program is different

The existing One Song → 90 Days and related Label-Ready operational material are execution programs. This page is the assessment and human-authorship layer. It can tell you what is supported by evidence and what kind of human-control work comes next; it does not create a fifth curriculum or require every creator to enter a 90-day program.

No blanket certification. “Label Ready” on JackRighteous.com means an evidence-based assessment approach. “Strong human-authorship claim” is an operational evidence state, not a legal opinion. Nothing here guarantees copyright protection, registration, distribution, label/partner acceptance, monetization or commercial success.
