Label-Ready Pro Extensions | Professional Operating Tools

JR Label-Ready · Pro Extensions

Professional operating tools for the work around the canonical path.

The Label-Ready sequence remains the route. These extensions solve the problems professionals repeatedly run into around that route: continuity, evidence organization, deciding what the completed release means for the catalogue, and—only when justified—testing readiness for a specific outside introduction.

Return to One Song → 90 Days

Use an extension only when it has a job.

Day-90 order: 90-Day Evidence File → Catalogue Bridge → Industry Introduction Readiness Audit only when the evidence supports a real outside opportunity.

01 · Label-Ready Project Record

Keep the song, objective, current phase, current gate, owner, blocker and next action in one place.

Open Project Record

02 · Evidence Vault

Index every saved artifact from master decision through Day 90 so claims can be traced to actual proof.

Open Evidence Vault

04 · Catalogue Bridge · Canonical Day-90 Next

Turn the completed 90-Day Evidence File into one evidence-supported next catalogue move: repeat, refine, reposition, archive or package upward.

Open Catalogue Bridge

03 · Industry Introduction Readiness Audit · Conditional Branch

Use only when the Catalogue Bridge identifies a real outside opportunity, or when an earlier documented opportunity is already active and there is a reason not to wait.

Run the Audit

Advanced member operating review

Review the whole project without turning the training into five separate departments.

At the Pro / Complete level, the creator should learn to make connected decisions across the work, audience, documentation, opportunity and operating plan. The training does not need to name an executive role for each lens. It needs to make sure none of the professional jobs disappear.

Priority work + development

What work represents the creator now? What is the Top 1–3 priority? What creative or project decision still blocks the next professional state?

Brand + audience evidence

Can the right audience understand who or what they are following? What did the audience actually respond to, and what remains assumption?

Rights + release operation

What ownership, contribution, provenance, metadata, file, distribution or release issue could create an avoidable professional problem?

Commercial + partner direction

Which opportunity is supported now—release growth, collaboration, publishing, sync, live, management, label services, technology, brand or another defined path—and why?

Operating decision

What changed? What evidence proves it? What is blocked? What creator decision is required? What must be complete before the next review?

Readiness status

Use GREEN when the issue will not block the current objective, YELLOW when usable but incomplete, and RED when it is likely to create an avoidable professional problem. Do not convert this into an arbitrary numerical label-readiness score.

Why these are Pro-level

They do not add information for the sake of depth. They connect decisions across disciplines, preserve an audit trail, expose professional risk and force evidence-based next actions. That is the difference between knowing a topic and operating a creator project.

For a creator who has already graduated from basic creation, these tools also become the bridge from finished work → defined brand → public validation → professional readiness. The goal is not to act like a large company. The goal is to make sure the essential work of a serious independent label is actually being done.
