Project Direction Brief
Turn the intent from Step 1 and the workflow from Step 2 into a brief you can actually use to guide creation, comparison and revision. The brief defines what the project is trying to become, what must stay consistent, what can vary, which references matter and what “better” means before you start changing everything at once.
This is the decision brief for one project. It is not your whole identity, brand or career plan. It gives this project enough direction that prompts, references, drafts, designs or generated options can be judged against something more useful than “I like this one better.”

When the brief stays stable, you can judge versions against the same intent instead of choosing whichever output is newest or loudest.
