Raised in an ultra-religious Black Pentecostal environment, I spent my youth feeling trapped, held down by strict rules and expectations. But even back then, I knew there was something more to life than simply following someone else’s rules.

It wasn’t until I discovered true freedom that I realized what it meant to fight for it—not with my fists or power, but with integrity and a desire to live righteously on my own terms. My rebellion has always been about finding truth and standing up for what I believe in, no matter what the world around me demanded.

It’s not just a reflection of my past, but a message for anyone who has fought to break free from whatever cages they’ve been put in—whether it’s mental, spiritual, or physical.
