Phase 1: Foundation — message, mood, visual tone

Step 0: Define your message

  • What is this story or video really about?
  • What feeling should people walk away with?
  • What’s the deeper truth or symbolism behind it?

Step 0.5: Build a mood board

  • Generate 8–12 inspiration images
  • Organize by:
    • Symbolic anchors (chains, fire, throne)
    • Character types (prophet, seeker, warrior)
    • Lighting / texture (dusk haze, ember light)

Upload and manage your board in Pinterest, Canva, Notion, or Instagram.

Phase 2: Prompt engineering — build your AI visual language

Goal: build a repeatable prompt system that is emotionally accurate, visually cinematic, and GPT-compatible.

Step 1: Define the scene blueprint

Fill this once per scene. Then let GPT generate your prompt variations.

Step 3: Refine the prompt (self-check table)

Step 4: Run prompt tests + save

Track prompts like a producer. Score them, note strengths, fix weaknesses.

  • Select frame count: 64–72
  • Motion scale: 6–9
  • Format: 1920x1080 or 1080x1920
  • Rename and save with a clear scene title

Step 5: Edit + sync to sound

CapCut (mobile)

  • Auto-sync to audio
  • Use 9:16 for vertical reels

DaVinci Resolve

  • Sync by waveform
  • Grade with LUTs
  • Export 1080p MP4

Premiere Pro

  • Use markers and adjustment layers
  • Export high bitrate for YouTube
