Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup whole grain oats
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Healthy Blend: Place bananas, oats, and milk in a blender. Add a pinch of cinnamon for a warm flavour. Blend until smooth. Add ice for a cooler texture.
